Fairview - Pinotage

After yeast and maltactic fermentation was completed in stainless tanks, the wine spent ten months in used French and American oak barrels.  The oaking is therefore very subtle, elevating the fruit flavours of the pinotage.
Vibrant purple red.  Spicy dark fruit aromas and flavours.  Brooding and savoury, with ripe tannins and opulent fruit.
